Kindly note that cancellations or modifications requested beyond the six-hour window may not be feasible.

Refunds: If you have not received your order within the guaranteed delivery time of 50 business days (excluding 2-5 days processing), you may request a refund or reshipment. However, please be aware that exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as delays caused by natural disasters or customs clearance issues, may affect the delivery time.

In the event of receiving an incorrect item, you have the option to request a refund or reshipment. Please contact us with the correct order details, and kindly provide a working tracking code issued by the shipping company for the return shipment.

Should you decide that you no longer wish to keep the product you received, you may request a refund. Please return the unused item at your own expense and provide us with the working tracking code and shipping company details. Once we receive the package, we will promptly issue a refund.

Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product or 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period of 50 business days has elapsed.
